~skip: I am tired of talking to people that have English as a second language.*Horrible time trying to understand them.*Asked to talk to someone in the states and got another one with a heavy accent that made it very unpleasant and difficult time on the phone with them.

~skip: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
