GetHuman-206182: Terrible customer service from T-Mobile. Outsourced CS reps all sound like they learned English yesterday. It's not their fault, I admire them for learning a new language and working hard, but the company shows no respect for English-speaking customers by making us deal with people who can't communicate clearly to us.*I totally agree with the comment that longtime customers are treated like trash! We get nothing for our loyalty, no discounts on upgraded phones, absolutely nothing! They've overcharged me on the last * bills and despite me calling twice already, and CS agent promising they would fix it, they still haven't! I hope the third time's a charm!*Stay away--their prices used to make it (barely) worth it to deal with them, but there are many better options now.
