~noneofyourbusiness: THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Phone I purchased crapped out under the warranty, the made me send it back and wait '*days' for a new one that turned into ** days no phone. I opened it and it STILL didn't work right! Now they want me to SEND IT BACK, pay $** for a loaner and NEVER gave me the $** credit on my account that was promised. I'll pullig all the phones I have and moving somewhere that actually knows what customer service and retention is.
