GetHuman-401675: I went into the penn mart tmobile store in new castle Delaware where I was approached by Amy very rude from the beginning I originally just went in to ask a simple question because they weren't answering the phones I was just looking into getting info on how to go about getting a new phone in the future she could careless about what I was talking about and after pulling up my account she's like literally yelling loud enough for **** near everyone to hear that I had a past due balance on my account which is very personal. My overall experience was unexpected and horrible seriously looking into switching carriers !!
