GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-rgoodm5: Every month since August my bill has been higher than initially negotiated. In addition to this there have been several occasions where significant extra fees were added and customer care was extremely unhelpful each time. Some occasions I would call to rectify the problem and was assured it was fixed. Then when it became apparent that the problem was not fixed I would call back to find out that absolutely nothing had been done to solve my issue. This has happened three times now in only a few months, often forcing me to over pay on my bills. I am extremely dissatified with Sprint and its customer service so far.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sprint Corporate Care. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sprint Corporate Care problem?
GetHuman-rgoodm5: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-rgoodm5: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
