~Monika Patel: Every month there is a mistake or over charge on my bill. I have to call customer service and I am on the phone for * hour. It is so bad now I actually plan for it. and now they are charging me for something i didn't use. This has to be the worst service ever never going back to sprint. they make the problem worst instead of fixing it.
