~Jon: This number went to a specific office which just refereed me to another *** number where the next person couldn't do anything but forward it on.This was in regards to Payee Rep misappropriation of funds * theft.

~Jon: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jon: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Social Security's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jon: For that I would say two out of five.
