GetHuman-377872: I have been trying over a month to report my phone lost. I dailed * ***-***-**** press one for English * technical support then select all other inquiries when it ask you to enter your phone number don't and it will say if u don't have your phone number say yes and u will be put through to a live person. the representative did ask one stupid question and that was how did I lose my phone but other than that the process was good
