~differentage: *** minutes* spoke to * people* wouldn't tell my why I was being blocked from using my bank account or credit card. Finally, deduced the VISA was up to the max because PP wouldn't let me use the bank account with $*,*** available. It is confirmed, verified, authenticated.....Day * of not being able to use bank account. Received a survey to complete post the ***-minute experience. Explained the frustration of not being able to use the bank account directly ---still not able to use it tonight. The first one told me "Sellers like echecks." I said, "They hate echecks* takes ** days to get their money." Money comes from my account immediatel (bank confirmed), PP keeps it for * days minimum, then gives it to sellers ---another way to get more profit, I say.**Greedy --- neither Ebay nor PayPal have sufficient staff.**What CUSTOMER SERVICE. There isn't any.

GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~differentage: For that I would say three out of five.
