GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's NET 10 customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~AJA: I have used Net** for at least * years. It is a good service as long as you have no problems. When customer service gets involved, things begin to get complicated. I have had two very small issues that I needed resolved, and had to use a tremendous amount of time and energy to resolve them. The customer service is very poor as a whole. I just recently had an issue with my long distance program, and rather than resolving it after my explanation, Net** would like me to call them and waste more time.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NET 10. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NET 10 problem?
~AJA: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~AJA: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NET 10's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AJA: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NET 10 customers?
