GetHuman-261997: Being as now metro is no longer metrowith the new changes in their system coustmer service don't count anymore they tell me my $*** phone will be opsolite in june and I won't have phone service becouse of their system upgrades and my choices are either buy a new $ *** phone or travel *** miles to a corprate store to receive a free phone wow that ***** couse I'm now imolble and mostly bed ridden I'min shock of such procedures & policy there should be some law againce big bussines takening advantage of people such as myself I've been a metro coustmer for over **yrs now and now this I'm horrifed to say the lease very disapointed no longer count coustmer in central valley calif
