~DOUG: SUPPORT PERSON INSTRUCTED ME TO GO TO AAMYY.COM BUT DIDN'T EXPLAIN WHY UNTIL I GOT THERE. AT FIRST THIS CONNECTED TO CHINA.COM. WHEN FINALLY CONNECTED TO WHAT HE WANTED & I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD REMOTE ASSISTANCE SOFTWARE MY ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM DISALLOWED IT. HE THEN RECOMMENDED TURNING OFF AV! WHY DIRECT ME TO "IFFY" SITE TO BEGIN WITH. I HUNG UP. CALLED BACK NEXT DAY & EACH TIME (SEVERAL) GOT HARD TO UNDERSTAND PROBABLY NON-NATIVE ENGLISH (PROBABLY INDIAN JUDGING FROM ACCENT) SPEAKING PERSON. AS SOON AS I HEARD THE ACCENT I MADE QUICK ASSESSMENT OF HOW THICK IT WAS & BASED ON EXPERIENCE OF WHETHER OR NOT I COULD DEAL WITH IT I HUNG UP INSTEAD OF WASTING TIME. THIS OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES WHICH LEAD TO A SEARCH FOR A WAY AROUND THIS FREQUENT & ALL TO COMMON PROBLEM. SADLY THERE ARE MANY SITES THAT ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM. TO YOU COMPANIES THAT CLAIM "YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US" PLEASE FIX THIS LONG STANDING & MUCH COMPLAINED ABOUT ISSUE. WITHOUT US CUSTOMERS YOU WOULDN'T HAVE A BUSI

~DOUG: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DOUG: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DOUG: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
