~QuiteUnhappy1: WE bought a massage recliner.You sent a plain one instead!Well that got corrected but the chair we got was as hard as a brick on the seat part.So we don't want it either! Now we have FED-X pre paid labels but FED-EX That won't work because they don't ship that size box!! Have exhausted all resources at hand.* phone calls to Fingerhut! NO HELP!* phone calls to FED-EX With *-way calling between all parties involved!NO HELP!!I want the regional manager to call me@***-***-**** A.S.A.P! Thanks.
