~mccim: I purchased two tablets ,both broke down after a month. My children were really hurt. They have been wanting tablets for quite some time. So I thought geat bargain children can have their own tablets. Make the payment plan everyone wins. After a month both tablets break. I am now informed that I missed the ** day return policy. And pushed me off to the company that made the tablet okay.Now I also find out I have to pay to ship both tablets. To Chicago. With my money no box shipped to you pay for boxes shipping fees. Terrible customer service. I will never us fingerhut again.
