GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-johnnyr: I was disappointed as a customer. I went in to redeem a coupon. I was told that I could not order waffle fries on Friday and Saturday. They are too busy making hash browns. The coupon did not say no waffle fries on Friday and Saturday. I asked to speak to a manager. She was supportive of their decision not to sell or make waffle fries on Friday and Saturday. Sad day for Chick-fil-A. I will not patronage the Jacksonville Beach location on Friday or Saturday.
