~skillzink: called samsung. they gave me this * -- ***-***-****. they gave me this tracfone * -- ***-***-****, but i think that's the * you can't get an option from the menu for "lost phone." some of those menu options don't even work. even the one for "other", press *, says that it's not a recognized response. however, they transferred me to a customer support safelink * & someone eventually picked up. total ** minutes but i got straightened out. i will lose my more than *,*** minutes unless i go buy a non-android, basic, tracfone & then the old number & minutes, contacts, etc., should transfer right to the new phone.

~skillzink: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~skillzink: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SafeLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~skillzink: For that I would say three out of five.
