GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's SafeLink customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-adragon: Do not appreciate that U.S. program is outsourced to India, I could not understend Rep. Also Short text is supossedly not offered, Many employers use short text *'s to set up interviews. Not having this option limits job applications.Internet ???

GetHuman-adragon: I also had trouble understanding rep. This U.S. program should support U.S. JOBS! It should also support short text, many businesses use short text to set up interviews.

GetHuman-adragon: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-adragon: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SafeLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-adragon: For that I would say five out of five.
