GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Hughesnet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~unhappyhughesnetcustomer: I previously had dial-up and went to Hughesnet because they said it was "high speed" internet. Not so...my service is not much faster than dialup and way more expensive. Their "customer service" department is in the Phillipines and communication was terrible - the conversation lasted over an hour with nothing resolved before they disconnected. They want $***.** early termination fee and, because the product has been so grossly misrepresented I think it's a huge scam and probably where they make most of their money.

~unhappyhughesnetcustomer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
